You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws. - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service. - Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the Service without express written permission. - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service. - Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Kodify uses artificial intelligence to generate code and content on your behalf. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before production use. You are solely responsible for the projects you create and deploy.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kodify and its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kodify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
